Trenchless Sewer Replacement in Los Angeles

Trenchless replacement pulls a new pipe through the old one from small pits. It is the right job when the camera shows a path a new pipe can follow. It is the wrong sales pitch when the line has already separated.

What pipe bursting and a liner are

Pipe bursting breaks the old pipe outward and pulls a new one into the same path. A liner is a sleeve cured inside a pipe that still has its shape. Both avoid a trench the length of the property. Neither invents a path through a collapse, a hard turn the head could not pass, or a line that has dropped out of grade.

What has to be true first

The camera has to travel the run, or stop at a defect we can locate. Depth and place come from the sonde, not from the nearest tree. Access pits have to be possible without cutting a footing we were not asked to cut. The estimate should name the pits, the pipe, and what surface gets put back.

When we still open the ground

An offset in several places, orangeburg that has flattened, or a belly that holds a pool of water will not stay clear because a nozzle was brave. Open cut is the method then, not the default. A trench you have not seen on a recording is a guess.

Questions people ask before they call

Do I need a camera if the drain is running again? If this is the second time, yes. A clearing that does not last is the reason to look.

Will I get the recording? Yes. It is yours.

If water is on the floor, call 818-631-7296. The form can wait.
